Meeting and visiting
Royal Council Nepal welcomes visits from citizens, school groups, civil society organisations, and international delegations. All visits are subject to security protocols and advance booking.
Citizens, communities, or organisations with significant matters of national concern may request a formal audience with Royal Council representatives. Requests must explain the nature and national significance of the matter. Not all requests can be accommodated — priority given to matters of national significance involving communities with limited other channels.
School groups, universities, and student organisations can arrange guided educational visits to the Royal Council headquarters. Visits include a presentation on Nepal's constitutional history, the role of the Royal Council, and an opportunity for questions. Available in Nepali and English. Book at least 4 weeks in advance.
Royal Council Nepal holds regular public events — national heritage days, youth forums, volunteer recognition ceremonies, and national dialogue sessions. Most events are open to the public with free registration. Sign up for event notifications through the citizen portal.
