Faith and Secular State
Nepal is secular under the current Constitution. That does not erase heritage; it means the state must remain fair to all faiths and communities.
Principle
Heritage is not the same as state religion
A royal heritage page can acknowledge Hindu, Buddhist, Kirat, Muslim, Christian, and other traditions without converting the state into any one religion.

Do not privilege one faith as the state's identity.

Protect the freedom of all people to practice, change, or not follow religion.
